Our Kernersville and Charlotte locations also offer a Commercial and Medium-Duty truck service department. With 15,000 lb. lifts, we can assist you with all of your medium-duty needs! We provide warranty work and service on all makes and models, including General Motors trucks, from a diesel dually Silverado to an 8500 Cab and Chassis. We perform warranty work and service for Isuzu and Caterpillar, as well as Allison transmissions. We service RVs or Motor Homes. Workhorse warranty work is available at our Kernersville location- hook-ups available upon request at our Kernersville location only. Does your vehicle have OnStar? Parks Chevrolet’s Charlotte and Lake Norman locations have a complete appearance department, specializing in interior and exterior detailing. This includes polishing and waxing your exterior paint, shampooing and cleaning your vehicle’s interior, to help keep your car or truck looking like new. Various packages are available, from an exterior wash to a full detail. Call for an appointment.

Ask your Service Advisor about an extended service contract from GMPP. Repairs after your car is out of warranty can be costly. To protect you and your vehicle, we offer several packages.
